Two meetings (online or in-person) where we'll discuss your expectations and preferences for birth. I'll explain the physiology of pregnancy and birth, the Canadian healthcare system, comfort techniques, birth plan preparation, and an introduction to breastfeeding. These meetings can include your partner. Throughout this period, you'll have unlimited support via email and WhatsApp.
Continuous emotional and physical support during labor and delivery. I'll be by your side from the moment active labor begins, helping you feel calm, confident, and empowered throughout your birth experience.
A visit of approximately 2 hours to support you and your family during this special time. We'll talk about your birth experience, I'll answer questions about the newborn, breastfeeding (if applicable), and recovery. I can also care for the baby while parents rest, give attention to an older sibling, or help with basic household tasks like washing dishes or preparing a simple meal.
