    The postpartum period is a time of intense change. As a postpartum doula, I offer practical, emotional and informational support so you and your family go through this moment with calm, warmth and confidence, in English or Portuguese.

    1. First Steps

      $360 CAD

      12 hours of support (4 shifts of 3h)

      Ideal for the first days at home, focused on early adjustment and immediate care.

      • Practical help with first baths, diaper changes and baby care
      • Breastfeeding help, correct latch and comfort for the mother
      • Support for maternal rest and settling into the first routine
    2. Most recommended

      Welcome & Transition

      $720 CAD

      24 hours of support (8 shifts of 3h)

      The ideal support for the first month, with continuity and burnout prevention.

      • Everything in First Steps
      • Continued breastfeeding support as the baby finds a rhythm
      • Organizing the household routine and preparing light snacks and meals
      • Active listening and emotional support without judgment

    3. Fourth Trimester

      $1,080 CAD

      36 hours of support (12 shifts of 3h)

      Complete, extended support for families without a local support network, or who want full autonomy.

      • Extended support over several weeks
      • Support through the transition when your partner returns to work
      • Building the confidence and security of the mother and the couple

    4. Book by the shift

      $90 CAD / shift

      3-hour shifts ($30/h)

      Don't need a full package? You can also book support one shift at a time, or add extra shifts to any package.

      • One-off support, whenever you need it
